- Implement IConditionalWidget interface to conditionally display widget - Add isEnabled() method that checks if LibreSign certificate engine is configured - Widget will only display on dashboard when LibreSign setup is complete - Inject CertificateEngineFactory to verify installation status - Prevents showing widget when LibreSign is not properly configured Signed-off-by: Vitor Mattos <[email protected]>
